COURSES
Special Application Scoped Rifle SASR
INTRO TO SASR / CONSULTING COURSE
3-4 hour presentation to HQ elements of an LE agency prior to committing to expanding to SASR capable SWAT team. Gives the decision makers more information regarding the capabilities, limitations, and special considerations of fifty caliber weapons prior to purchase.
SASR LAW ENFORCEMENT FAMILIARIZATION COURSE
One-day course for operators that familiarize the shooters with the operation, capabilities, and limitations of their weapon systems. Designed for an agency that has already bought rifles and equipment but lacks the experience base to get started in the basics of fifty-caliber engagement.
SASR LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATOR’S COURSE
Three to five day course for operators that fully indoctrinate the shooters with the operation, capabilities and limitations, and employment of their weapon systems in support of law enforcement operations. Designed for an agency that has already bought rifles and equipment, has experienced snipers, but lacks the experience base to get beyond the basics of fifty caliber capabilities and fully realize the potential of the weapon. Familiarization course would be a good prerequisite, but not necessary.
